In recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day, Dr. Nadia Richardson, Founder of Valenrich Wellness and the No More Martyrs mental health awareness campaign, presented a special workshop at the historic Ballard House in Birmingham, Alabama.  The workshop focused on the mental health in Black women as well as the myth of the strong Black woman.
